REC was founded by a Home Inspector, his idea was to give people a quality maintenance program at a fair price. After seeing too many homes falling apart from a lack of maintenance Mr Gravenstreter decided to leave the Home Inspection field and offer a maintenance service that people can afford and feel safe with, to this day all maintenance evaluations are performed and/or overseen by the founder.
